Winter Baseball & Softball Training & Development Clinics

This winter Wayland Baseball and Softball Association have partnered with the professionals at Frozen Rope to offer a new and extensive training program with something for every baseball and softball player.

The program features 45 classes that run for a period of six weeks each, beginning at different times throughout the baseball off-season. The program is designed to take you right up to the 2016 baseball evaluations and into spring season. This program is extensive in what it offers and is extremely flexible in times and classes that are available, allowing players to practice their existing skills, while learning new ones and continuing their development throughout the winter season.

All classes are designed for new and returning players alike - there is no previous experience required to get involved.

The deal is:

  • Sign up for any class you wish to take - there are 45 different classes are available.

  • There are multiple classes at different times and days - there is something to suit everyone!
    • After school classes,
    • Early day release classes. Starting at 3pm
    • Weekends
    • Classes scheduled for school vacation / holidays etc.
  • Work on specific skills - pitching, catching, hitting, strength conditioning etc
  • Join old friends - make new friends

The Winter clinic program sessions include:
 
  • Hitting Instructions with indoor batting cage.
  • Pitching Instruction.
  • Infield instruction and practice.
  • Throwing techniques and drills.
  • Strategic and situational play.
  • Speed and strengthening classes
  • Fun baseball related games.
